Method comprises: receiving a selection instruction for selecting an intelligent device; sending the request to receive the plug-in to the server if the smart device plug-in is not installed, in which the request for obtaining the plug-in contains the smart device ID; receiving the install package of the plug-in sent by the server in accordance with the above request for the plug-in; and running said installation package of the plug-in and installing said plug-in to the application, the application is configured to control the intelligent device through the plug-in.
