FIELD: grinding; polishing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of abrasive processing and can be used for finishing parts having areas made of at least two materials of different hardness. System comprises at least one receiving device, including an abrasive means whose abrasive particle hardness is higher than the hardness of one of said materials of areas of the part and lower than the hardness of the other of said materials of areas of the part not being finished. Support device for securing the part, means for moving the part towards the abrasive means and means for moving the part relative to the receiving device are provided. Each receiving device includes a tank containing said abrasive means in powder form and is made elastic to control the level of powder in the tank depending on the force exerted by the means for moving the part towards the abrasive means.
EFFECT: high processing capacity while ensuring a high level of surface uniformity.
