SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for generating seismic energy, for example, elastic vibrations in oil-bearing formations, in particular to means for impacting the bottomhole well area and oil-saturated strata in the production of hydrocarbons, for example, oil. Device for impacting the wellbore bottom area with pressure pulses includes internal and external electrodes installed in the hydrosphere in the well cavity separated by a gap and a system for applying voltage pulses to the electrodes, provides the formation of a plasma channel between the electrodes with the subsequent formation of a shock wave. Ionizer is located between the electrodes. Moreover, the device is provided with a spring-loaded flange, which is an integral part of the internal electrode. In this case, the impulse delivery system is equipped with a microprocessor, sensors for the direction of movement of the flange and a seismic sensor.
EFFECT: increased well flow rate at the production stage, providing the fastest and least labor-intensive output of the product to the maximum production rates, and improved reliability of the system.
