FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a sedative plant-based agent based on Zelenin droplets, comprising excipients, characterized in that preliminarily dried up to residual moisture of not more than 17 % of a Zelenin droplet is used, and preparation further comprises a structure-forming complex consisting of D-mannitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol, taken in equal amounts, and as tablets for the use of auxiliaries, with the following ratio of components, by weight: pre-dried to residual moisture of not more than 17 % of a drop of Zelenin 5.9–7.0; auxiliaries complex 76.0–80.0; silica colloidal dioxide 9.4–9.3; magnesium or calcium stearate 0.1–0.9; microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) – the rest up to 100 %.
EFFECT: invention allows to provide satisfactory strength, storage stability, masking of the taste of the drug.
