SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a method for preparing a drug in the form of lozenges based on a mixture of aqueous-alcoholic extracts of chamomile, pharmacy calendula, yarrow. Method of obtaining the drug in the form of lozenges on the basis of a mixture of aqueous-alcoholic extracts of chamomile pharmaceutical, calendula medicinal, yarrow, taken in a ratio of 2:1:1, obtained by extraction of medicinal plants with 40 % ethyl alcohol, to 1,000 g of a mixture of aqueous-alcoholic extracts of medicinal plants add 572.74 g of microcrystalline cellulose with stirring and a temperature of not more than 35 °C to humidity of 40±1 %, then add 30–90 g of a previously prepared mixture of colloidal silicon dioxide with mint or citrus essential oil in a 1:0.5 ratio, in the resulting reaction mass add separately prepared structure-forming base selected from a mixture of D-mannitol, L-hydroxypropylcellulose and polyvinyl alcohol, taken in equal amounts, or O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-mannitol in an amount up to the mass of 1,980–5,940 g, the resulting mass is stirred at a temperature of not more than 35 °C to obtain moisture 6±1 % followed by the addition of 20–60 g of magnesium stearate or calcium stearate and the resulting homogeneous mass is tableted by direct compression.

EFFECT: above method allows to obtain a drug based on alcohol extracts of chamomile, pharmacy, calendula medicinal, yarrow, which remains valid for 2 years, effectively releases the active substances.
