FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind turbine installations of a vertical type. Wind power plant of vertical type contains a support platform on which a supporting structure is fixed, including horizontally located lower carrier and upper beams to which two lateral air intakes are attached at the edges, between which are fixed in the bearings between the upper and lower beams of the supporting structure with the possibility of opposing rotation relative to each other two rotors with blades having parallel vertical rotation axes, two wind deflector air flow on the rotor blades. Platform of the rail in the form of a ring is permanently attached to the base. In the center of the ring, a metal disc is permanently attached to the base. Supporting structure comprises a spatial frame-frame having in the cross-section a shape of an isosceles trapezium, the smaller parallel sides of which are respectively the two rear upper and lower beams of the supporting structure, connected together by two vertical stiffeners on which are fixed in bearings with the possibility of rotation of the axis of the rotors, each of which has five vertical blades of a rectangular shape, the lower sides of which are connected in each rotor with each other by means of their gear gears with the possibility of the latter being engaged with each other. Blades of the rotors are displaced relative to each other with the possibility of rotating them with entry into each other without engaging them. Side windscreens of rectangular shape are the lateral edges of the frame-frame. Wind deflectors in the form of two rectangular vertically arranged facets are connected to each other along a common vertical edge with the formation between the sides of an angle of 30–60°, forming one central wind deflector, moved beyond the frame-frame to the center of the support platform and facing the opening to the rotors. To the lower part of the edge of the central wind-deflector, on the side opposite to the arrangement of the rotor blades and side windscreens, a counter-draft, the second end of which is provided with a counterweight and a wheel to move along the ring of the support platform and is connected by cables to the upper and middle points of the vertical rib of the central wind deflector which is permanently fixed in the bearing on the metal disc. Blade webs of the rotors, windscreens and wind deflector are made of sailing fabric with the possibility of lifting and lowering it, part of the webs of the rotor blades on the side of the inner rib is made whole, and the rest of the outer edge is in the form of vertical blinds. Wheels are attached to the lower tops of the side wind deflectors located above the bearing ring. Wind power plant is equipped with a control unit and an electric generator.

EFFECT: vertical wind-driven power plant is proposed.
