FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry. Device includes a hollow body with a splined shaft, which is located in the body cavity on the rotation supports, a casing with inlet and outlet openings on the side surface, a filter element in the annular gap between the body and the casing. Flow perforated screen 12 of a conical shape is positioned in the area of the inlet openings 8 of the casing 7, which ensures a preliminary purification of a portion of the formation fluid 17 from mechanical impurities as it passes through the perforations 13 of the screen 12 and due to the labyrinthine trajectory of fluid movement through the ends of the screen 12 into the area of the inlet openings 8 of the casing 7. Portion of the free gas 18, moving along the perforated screen 12, is forcedly dispersed and mixed with the formation fluid stream 17. Due to the conical shape of the screen 12, the openings 13 are cleaned, the remaining portion of the free gas 18 rises to the wellhead. One stage of filtration of mechanical impurities is added, the flow of free gas 18 into the area of the filter element 10 is excluded.
EFFECT: invention relates to the mining industry and is intended to protect deep oil pumps against mechanical impurities and against free gas, which is contained in the formation fluid.
