SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology and maxillofacial surgery, and can be used in the treatment of patients with abscessed boils of the upper and lower areas of the face. Method of treatment includes treating the site of inflammation with an antiseptic solution, removing the purulo-necrotic mass with a syringe and applying a dressing with an ointment. Used a disposable sterile syringe "Luer", with a needle from the kit previously make a puncture in the center of the infiltrate. Then the syringe is cut off the end part of the cylinder along the first mark of the graduated scale and attached to it a perforated silicone gasket, whose diameter is 2 mm larger than the diameter of the syringe. Use a syringe as a vacuum extractor to completely absorb the purulo-necrotic stem, purulent contents of the pustule, and obtain a single drop of blood. Resulting cavity is then washed with a 3 % hydrogen peroxide solution and an aqueous solution of 0.05 % chlorhexidine. On the inflammatory infiltrate area, 70 % alcohol compress is applied for 15–20 minutes every 2–3 hours for 2 days. Overnight, put a dressing with saline solution for 3 days. From 4 to 7 days impose ointment dressings with "Levomekol" with an interval of 1 day. Conducted also a standard course of antibiotic therapy, indicated for pyoinflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial area.

EFFECT: method of treatment is simple and convenient to use, it allows the most effective treatment of abscessed boils with minimization of the operating injury of the soft tissues of the upper and lower areas of the face.
