SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid ejection substrate, a liquid ejection head and a liquid ejection device, used to eject various fluids including ink. First duct layer comprises a plurality of feed ducts, each of which communicates with one part of each of the plurality of pressure chambers, and a plurality of ducts for collecting, each of which communicates with another part of each of the plurality of pressure chambers. Second duct layer comprises a common feed duct communicating with a plurality of feed paths and a common collection conduit communicating with a plurality of collection ducts.
EFFECT: liquid ejection substrate, a liquid ejection head, and a liquid ejection device are provided.
