SUBSTANCE: rubberised reinforcement layer for articles made of elastomeric material, preferably for vehicle tyres, wherein the reinforcement layer comprises a plurality of parallel reinforcements spaced apart from one another, each reinforcement consisting of at least one twisted viscous multifilament yarn, the viscose multifilament yarn having a degree of crystallinity in the range of 15% to 40%, a yarn count in the range of 150 dtex to 1100 dtex and tensile strength in the range of 45 cN/tex to 55 cN/tex.

EFFECT: object of the invention to provide a reinforcing layer for articles of elastomeric material, which is comparatively thin, and is environmentally-friendly and treated.
