SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rubberized reinforcing layer (1) for articles from elastomer material, preferably for vehicle tires, wherein reinforcing layer (1) has plurality of parallel textile tire cords (2) spaced apart from each other, wherein each textile cord (2) of the tire is made from at least one twisted complex thread from viscose material. Reinforcing layer (1) satisfies the following condition: (D²/E₀) in mm corresponds to a value in range of 0.30 mm to 0.45 mm and reinforcing layer (1) has strength of 11 kN/dm<x<20 kN/dm, where D is diameter of textile cord (2) of tire in mm and is in range from 0.38 mm to 0.48 mm and where E₀ is distance between central points of two adjacent cords in cross section, which is equal to 100/thread/dm.

EFFECT: higher strength of tire.
