Shank has an L shape, in the lower part of the transition to the shelf of which a longitudinal protrusion is formed in the form of a quarter of the cylinder along the entire length of the shelf, and the maximum thickness of the shank along with the longitudinal projection is equal to the height of the throat portion of the groove, and the distance from the tangential plane of the shank to the front wall of the groove to the plane of the abutment protrusions is equal to the thickness of the front wall of the groove.
