SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of animal husbandry and can be used to prevent environmental pollution from life waste of animals, particularly dogs, cats, and mammals having a similar physique. Sanitary bag for animals contains a pocket element in the form of a hollow cone, transiting with the edge of the corresponding section of its cone base circumference into the plane of rectangular shape with cut out lateral longitudinal edges. Hollow cone is formed with a bent and fixed portion of the cone base circumference and forming, as a result of this fixing, the first drawstring for the fixing means, and also with the bent and fixed upper edge of the plane of rectangular shape with cut out lateral longitudinal edges and forming the second drawstring as a result of such fixing. Sanitary bag contains an opening made on a corresponding portion of the surface of the plane of a rectangular shape with cut out lateral longitudinal edges and providing the placement of the plane of a rectangular shape with cut out lateral longitudinal edges on the tail of the animal. Bag also includes a fixing means installed inside the drawstrings.
