SUBSTANCE: present invention provides a sprinkler comprising a shutoff member held in place by a fusible member by means of a movable bearing means. Present invention relates to a sprinkler for a firefighting installation comprising a series of vacuum sprinklers comprising: fixing connector (1) that allows the sprinkler to be connected to piping, having outlet opening (10); fusible member (2); and shutoff member (3) for closing outlet opening (10), held in a shutoff position by fusible member (2); which is characterised in that said fusible member (2) is kept bearing against shutoff member (3) by a moveable bearing means capable of allowing shutoff member (3) to leave its shutoff position when the pressure in outlet opening (10) exceeds a predetermined value; and to this end it comprises means for ejecting shutoff member (3), which means are mounted outside outlet opening (10) and exert a pushing action on said shutoff member.
EFFECT: disclosed is a sprinkler comprising shutoff member which is held in place by a fusible member by means of a movable bearing means.
