FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: optical system of a single-lens thermal imaging sight with an integrated laser rangefinder contains a common input channel, a spectro-splitting plate reflecting the spectral range of the optical channel and transmitting the spectral range of the thermal imaging channel, and two channels for each of the spectral ranges. Reflected channel is range-measurement and contains the first component in the form of a positive lens, a second component in the form of a flat mirror with an axial hole located at an angle to the optical axis and two branches - a photodetector and a semiconductor laser emitter optically coupled to the first component of the range-measurement channel. Following relations are satisfied: dle<dpd≤5⋅dle, where dpd — the size of the sensitive area of the rangefinder photodetector; dle - maximum size of the emitting area of the laser emitter.
EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in the number of optical components and simplification of the optical system of the sight, while maintaining the quality of the optical image and the possibility of measuring the range through a single input optics.
