FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment, and can be used for the heat metering devices and flow meters of various types metrological control by comparison of the tested instruments readings and the reference instruments readings. Claimed is the heat metering devices, flow meters of various types metrological control method, including the heat carrier in the pipeline temperature measurement and its flow rate determination by the heat carrier flow, amount and temperature comparison. Wherein, during the metrological control, the principle of additivity is used, which consists in the heat carrier high-speed flow and the absolute static pressure separate creation. Method implementation device comprises the closed pipeline with the heat carrier circulation pump, heat carrier heater, tested flowmeters with the set of temperature transducers, one of which is installed in the test pipeline, and the other is in the return pipeline simulating thermostat and a the reference heat meter flowmeter with the set of reference temperature transducers, wherein the device also comprises the heat-insulated tank for the heat carrier heating, on which the make-up pump is installed, by means of which filling the closed circulation pipe with the heated heat carrier through the non-return valve, and creating static pressure in the operating circuit and in the hydraulic accumulator, installed upstream of the circulation axial pump inlet branch pipe.
EFFECT: by more than 5 times reduction of the equipment energy intensity and by more than 10 times reduction in the plant design metal consumption.
