FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making, for example, aircraft construction, in particular to the optoelectronic devices designed to search for visible and heat-emitting objects and their tracking in combination with the target indicator-range finder used to provide target designation to weapons and to solve the aiming tasks. Claimed opto-electronic target search and tracking system contains kinematically connected to the gyrostabilizer movable mirror, spectrum splitter, thermal-imaging and television channels forming the discrepancy signal between the system optical axis and the visible or IR target direction, transmitting and receiving laser channels. Terrain scanning in search for the target is carried out using the rotary mirror, which is controlled by the gyrostabilizer and can move in the horizontal and vertical planes. In the terrain survey mode, the rotary mirror is controlled by the operator through the electronic communication, conversion and control unit. With the automatic target tracking, the gyrostabilizer controls the movable mirror according to the signal generated by the electronic communication, conversion and control unit, which is generated as a result of processing information coming from the gyrostabilizer, thermal imaging, television channels and the laser ranging channel. Proportional to the rotary mirror current angles signals are transmitted to the electronic communication, conversion and control unit, which carries out the target search and tracking optic-electronic system communication with the weapons control system.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities.
