FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: electro-optical sighting system has a cowling, a scanning mirror with angle sensors and drives connected to the scanning mirror control unit, and a dichroic mirror, a heat source direction finding channel which includes an optical system with a photodetector connected to a video image processing unit, a laser channel with an optical system which includes a component which optically couples the transmitting and receiving laser channels fitted with an emitter and a photodetector respectively, connected to a laser digital processing unit, as well as a computer unit. Optical systems of the heat source direction finding and laser channels are made in form of two links and are fitted with deflectors, each connected to control units of their mirrors, connected to the control unit of the scanning mirror and the computer unit. The mirror of the deflector of the heat source direction finding channel is fitted in the interface plane of the exit pupil of the first link and the entrance pupil of the second link of its optical system. The mirror of the deflector of the laser channel is fitted in the plane of the exit pupil of the first link of its optical system.
EFFECT: increased amount of received information.
