SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry and can be used for making outerwear for adults and children. Multi-layer package of materials for outerwear includes four layers of materials. Upper layer is made of raincoat with water-repellent impregnation. Second layer is a polyester fiber insulation. Third layer is made in the form of a polyester mesh made of polypropylene. Lower layer is made in the form of a membrane of foamed polytetrafluoroethylene. In this case, the first three layers – the upper, the second and the third, are connected together using a multi-needle stitch.

EFFECT: increase the hydrophobicity, thermal insulation and breathing of a multi-layered package of materials.
