FIELD: textile.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry, in particular, to textile industry and may be used for production of garments. Method of ultrasonic thermal-contact treatment of fabric, which consists of connection of fabric layers on ultrasonic machines. Outer and inner layers must contain at least 30% polyester in composition and heat insulation material made of polyester fibre with density of 50 g/m2 to 200 g/m2. Connection of layers is performed by means of ultrasonic machine by means of irons and shaft with various spot patterns applied on it. Patterns are formed by points with diameter of 1.2–1.4 mm and distance between points of 1.2–1.4 mm, respectively. Ultrasonic machine iron is connected to the ultrasonic energy generator and concentrates energy of mechanical oscillations with frequency equal to 20 kHz and transmits it to the layers of fabrics and a heat insulation material made of polyester fibre.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a strong fabric without rigid seams.
