FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the glass-ceramic composite electrical insulating material. Charge contains the following co-milled and mechanically activated components, wt. %: glass SL2-1 50–70; fluorophlogopite is the rest. Stirring of the components is performed in two intervals of not less than 5 minutes each, with a break of at least 20 minutes. Next, the molding is carried out by pre-pressing in the steel mold at room temperature with specific pressure of at least 100 MPa, followed by the hot pressing. Hot pressing is carried out in graphite molds at the uniform temperature rise for 30–40 minutes to the value of not more than 850 °C at the pressing pressure of not less than 18 MPa with holding at the indicated pressure and temperature for not more than 1 hour.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the electric strength, thermal stability.
