FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of high-temperature antifriction material involves preparation of powder-like components of an initial mixture, crushing of the obtained powder-like mixture, pressing of the moulded powder-like mixture and heat treatment. First, grinding is performed by mechanical activation of a mixture of molybdenum and silicone powders with further addition to the obtained powder-like mixture of molybdenum disulphide powder and its repeated mechanical activation in a planetary mill with rotation speed of not less than 150 rpm, pressing of the moulded powder-like mixture based on molybdenum disilicide and molybdenum disulphide is performed in an induction vacuum unit with upper location of a press and in graphite die moulds as a forming tool in stages with exposure at the first stage at the temperature of 1300-1350°C during at least 1 h, and then, at the second basic stage at the temperature of 1600°C during at least 1 h with specific pressing pressure of at least 25 MPa.
EFFECT: material is characterised by increased wear resistance, heat resistance, hardness and low ductility.
