SUBSTANCE: described is valve (1) in particular a heat exchanger valve, comprising a housing having first port (3), second port (4) and a flow path between said first port (3) and said second port (4), wherein valve element (7), valve seat (6) having axis (23), and dynamic unit (8) are arranged in said flow path. Said dynamic unit (8) comprises at least first bleed (15) having a variable first throttling resistance, and second bleed (16) having a variable second throttling resistance, said first bleed (15) and said second bleed (16) being arranged in series.
EFFECT: such a valve increases production tolerances.
