SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat exchanger valve. Heat exchanger valve comprises the housing (2), which has the first port (3) and the second port (4), the valve seat (5), which is located between them and has the axis (6) of the valve seat, the valve element (7),which is designed with the possibility to interact with the mentioned valve seat (5), and the presetting means (9). Means (9) define the hydraulic resistance of the valve in a fully open state and comprise the pre-setting element (10) as part of the controlled outlet. Mentioned pre-setting element (10) is arranged with the possibility of its moving parallel to the mentioned valve seat axis (6) in order to adjust the presetting.

EFFECT: technical result is the increased accuracy of the presetting of the valve.
