FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the removal of objects of large space debris (LSD) (for example, spent booster blocks) into orbits with a limited lifetime. Method is based on a qualitative analysis of the long-term evolution of the LSD retraction orbits, taking into account, in a step-by-step mode, such factors as: non-centrality of the gravitational field of the Earth, lunar-solar disturbances, atmospheric resistance (for highly elliptical escape orbits). In this case, an estimate is obtained of the lifetime of the LSDs in the orbits of the escape from the geostationary region and the dependences of the lifetime of the LSD on the orbits of the escape from the initial parameters and the conditions of motion along these orbits are established.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the choice of the orbit of the escape with the guaranteed given time of the ballistic existence of the objects of the LSD on it.
