FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. Between the high and low pressure pipelines, the first choke, an expander with an electric generator connected to the consumer and the compressor motor, the first heat exchanger in the gas supply line, the compressor whose input is connected to the evaporator outlet, a low-potential heat source. Inlet of the evaporator through the second throttle is connected to the output of the first heat exchanger. Gas discharge line after the expander to the low-pressure gas pipeline is provided with a second heat exchanger connected to the return line of the first coolant from the consumer, the first pump for supplying the first coolant, the output of which is connected to the consumer, the second pump for supplying the second coolant from the evaporator, the third heat exchanger, the output of which is connected to the inlet to the compressor by the coolant, and the low-grade heat input is connected by a supply line to the third pump installed on it. Output of low-grade heat is connected to a heat source. Fourth heat exchanger is connected along the circuit between the compressor and the second throttle and is connected to the return line of the first heat carrier from the consumer and to the fourth pump for supplying the first heat carrier and exiting the consumer.
EFFECT: providing the consumer with electricity, cold and heat energy without fuel consumption.
