FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy, pediatrics, traumatology and orthopedics, to laboratory and radiation diagnostics, and can be used to diagnose connective tissue dysplasia (DST). Detect phenotypic features characteristic for DST. Additionally, markers of damage to the hemostasis system and X-ray signs of mesenchymal connective tissue dysplasia are revealed. To markers of damage to the hemostasis system include the reduction of platelet aggregation for adrenaline, ADP, collagen. X-ray signs of mesenchymal dysplasia of connective tissue are manifested in the form of bone and vascular pathology, detected at the MSCT of the spine and brain. If a decrease in platelet aggregation is detected, less than 50 %, a vascular pathology is detected: the hemangiomas of the vertebral bodies or pathological tortuosity or aneurysms of the cerebral arteries; as well as bone pathology of the craniovertebral region: Kimmerly anomaly or Arnold-Chiari anomaly; diagnose DST.
EFFECT: method ensures accuracy, early detection of DST and improvement in the quality of diagnosis of its life-threatening complications.
