FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, and can be used to predict the risk of the development of non-hereditary connective tissue dysplasia (CTD). The method includes the study of the obtained blood serum samples by the enzyme immunoassay method. The quantitative values of the levels of elastin and laminin in children are determined, and at the levels of elastin from 5.2 ng/ml to 9.2 ng/ml and laminin from 23.4 pg/ml to 42.0 pg/ml, a low risk of developing non-hereditary connective tissue dysplasia in children is predicted; at levels of elastin above 9.3 ng/ml and laminin above 42.1 pg/ml, a high risk of developing non-hereditary connective tissue dysplasia in children is predicted.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to predict the risk of non-hereditary connective tissue dysplasia in a timely manner by increasing the accuracy of the study.
