SUBSTANCE: group of inventions has been proposed: a cell-free culture liquid of a bacterial strain Bacillus subtilis 3H VKPM B-12758 and its use as a multifunctional agent for plants and a preserving agent for silage. Cell-free culture liquid is obtained by separating the cell mass from the liquid by centrifugation at 600 rpm for 20 minutes. Resulting cell-free culture liquid has an antagonistic effect against pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria and fungi that cause plant diseases and is used as a polyfunctional agent for plants. This cell-free culture liquid is also used as a preserving agent for silage.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase the yield of agricultural plants and increase the digestibility of plant raw materials for animals.
