FIELD: recycling and disposal of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mercury from the fluorescent lamps recovery. Installation includes the fluorescent lamps crushing unit, consisting of receiving hopper, jaw crusher for the lamps primary crushing to produce the cullet, elevator with the screw conveyor for the cullet feeding therein, continuous action planetary mill to produce powder from cullet, connected to separator by the pipeline, which is configured to ensure the powder separation by its size due to the centrifugal force and the coarse powder direction to the planetary mill, and finely dispersed is to the cyclone for its collection, associated with the cyclone by means of pipeline with the sluice gate, the fine powder neutralizing unit with the demercurization solution, the processing product collection container, connected via chute to the collection container receiving tank for the processing product, sulfonated coal filled KU-2 filter, equipped with the pump capable of the processing product transferring from the receiving tank through the filter. Sulfonated coal fill is made in the form of cylindrical ring, on which side inner surface partitions in the form of perpendicular to ring axis washers with holes are fixed, whose axes are asymmetric to the ring axis.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the fluorescent lamps processing efficiency.
