FIELD: processing and utilization of waste; lighting equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of fluorescent lamps. Installation includes a lamp separation unit, an exhaust gas cleaning system unit, a dust and gas emission purification system and an adsorber for air purification. Lamp separation unit consists of a device for separating lamps with a loading unit, an air-vibrated separator with a crusher and a cyclone, hopper for collecting crushed glass of lamps, a container for receiving lamp caps and a container for phosphor. Block of the multi-stage exhaust gas cleaning system includes a sequential system for the purification of dust and gas emissions consisting of a cyclone and bag filters. Adsorber for air purification contains a housing with a lid, inside which is installed a glass with insulation and perforated disks in the upper and lower parts of the glass, and adsorbent from activated carbon impregnated with sulfur, located in a glass between the discs. Adsorbent is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on the lateral inner surface of which are fixed partitions in the form of holes perpendicular to the axis of the ring of washers whose axes are asymmetric to the axis of the ring.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency and energy and resource saving of scrap processing of fluorescent lamps and gas purification is ensured.
