SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used to transfer large amounts of heat at small temperature differences over long distances. Heat transfer device, comprising: a source of thermal energy; at least one or more evaporator vessels (1) connected by conduit (2) to one or more condensers (3), storage tank (5) connected by conduit (4) to one or more condensers (3), one or more storage tanks (5) being connected to one or more evaporator capacities (1) by one or more return lines (6), to which includes locking device (7); means for monitoring the level of the liquid phase of the first component of the multicomponent first fluid and the second component of the multicomponent first fluid in storage container (5) for controlling the access of the vapor phase of the first component of the multi-component first fluid from evaporator vessel (1) to storage tank (5) via one or more return conduit (6) by means of locking device (7).
EFFECT: acceleration of equalization of pressure and drainage of liquid from storage tanks, shortening of the duration of each cycle and interruptions in heat transfer.
