SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to agent for treating conditions of the human body, ANG gene expression and/or reduction in the amount and/or activity of the angiogenin protein based on the gene therapeutic substance with the ANG gene, which is a genetic construct based on a vector plasmid comprising the cDNA of the ANG gene, with the coding sequence of the angiogenin protein, with deletions of 5' and 3'-non-translated regions, and regulatory elements that increase the expression of the ANG gene in eukaryotic cells and in cells of human organs and tissues selected from fibroblasts, epithelial cells of the cornea of the eye, skin, mucous membrane of the oral cavity or muscle tissue, in combination with a transport molecule or without it, when this agent is administered to human organs and tissues. Invention also relates to process for preparation of the above-mentioned agent and a method for its use.

EFFECT: invention provides highly effective treatment of human body conditions associated with a decrease in the expression level of the ANG gene and/or reduction in the amount and/or activity of the angiogenin protein.
