FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to the production of sawn timber. Carry out the cutting of the beam using a milling unit consisting of two parallel spindles, one of which is equipped with a milling cutter and a saw blade, and on the second – a bushing-spacer and a groove for manufacturing the groove. Workpiece is placed in the chopper-cutting machine in such a way that the main part of it is on the side of the milling cutter for making the stud and a small part of it sufficient for smooth trimming goes out of the saw blade. Workpiece is fixed with the machine's clamps, the workpiece is machined with the production of a root spike on the bar, the workpiece is advanced to the stop set at the required distance. Fix the workpiece with the machine's clamps, perform the cutting, make the groove and the root spike of the next wall element.
EFFECT: improves the accuracy and speed of production of wall elements.
