FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to the production lines of prefabricated load-bearing structures. The production line for the manufacture of load-bearing structures consists of interconnected zones, such as: the zone of the blank production shop, where raw materials are cut to obtain bars of the required size and their facing, as well as subsequent sorting and profiling; the zone of the splicing line, where it is possible to manufacture auxiliary parts of the prefabricated structure (hereinafter referred to as the house kit) from scraps of raw materials coming from the blank production zone; the zone of the carpentry shop, which receives blanks from the blank production zone and the splicing line; the area of the gluing preparation shop, where the milling of bars is carried out; the area of the cement board processing shop, which ensures the cutting of plates; the area of the gluing shop, where the processed bars and cement board plates are joined into a single product; the processing shop area, where the final processing of products is carried out, such as processing with various compounds to improve their physical and mechanical properties; as well as storage areas No. 1 and 2.

EFFECT: increase in the productivity of the processing line, simplifying the manufacture of prefabricated structures, increase in the strength and technological characteristics of the building while simplifying its construction.
