SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. Perform a dissection of the utero-vaginal-vesicle and pre-tubercular spaces with the release of the perivesical part of the pelvic fascia by laparoscopic access. Synthetic implant is formed from the polypropylene mesh of the mold shown in fig. 1, the basic wide part of which has a width of 3–5 cm and contains two protruding distal parts in the form of "sleeves" 3 cm long and 1 cm wide, terminating in a conductive thread. Narrow part of the implant is a continuation of the base part, narrowed to 2 cm, the wide part of the implant is placed between the posterior wall of the bladder and the pelvic fascia within the boundaries from the internal opening of the urethra to the cervix, and the protruding distal parts of the implant are withdrawn to the subcutaneous area through the pelvic and transobturatorial fascia, the narrow part of the implant is fixed to the sacral ligament.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment of the ovulation and prolapse of the apical and anterior vaginal and cystocele sections, to reduce the risk of recurrence and postoperative complications.
