In order to install the endoprosthesis, one tunnel is formed on one side of the pelvis. And the tunnel is formed over the vaginal vault, between the leaves of the broad ligament of the uterus with the transition to the anterior abdominal wall and then under the right sacrouterine and infundibular-pelvic ligament of the ovary.
