FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves accessing the abdominal cavity through laparoscope. Mercilene and prolene flaps are used. The flap center is attached to sacrouterine ligaments. The flap is moved in extraperitoneal way. The anterior wall of the rectum is caught in fixing the ligatures. Tunnels are created in extraperitoneal way from the external musculus obliquus abdominis aponeurosis to the sacrouterine ligaments. Free segments of the flaps are brought out onto the anterior abdominal wall through the tunnels. Tunnel is created above the external musculus obliquus abdominis aponeurosis. Ligature is conducted through the tunnel. Both segments are connected by means of the ligature in the state of moderate tension. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications.
