FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for air-to-air refuelling of aircraft. Reception coupling (6) for air-to-air refuelling comprises main body (17'), fuel passage (28) and chamber (34). Valve member (32) is provided for opening and closing of said fuel passage (28). Wall (36) of the chamber has an opening. Chamber (34) is in fluid communication with the atmosphere by means of channel (40) extending between the opening and the atmosphere. In addition, chamber (34) is configured for ventilation by the said opening and outlet of fluid from the chamber as valve member (32) moves in a portion thereof.
EFFECT: invention enables coupling of aircraft to be refuelled with the reception coupling at the most suitable speed, regardless of the pressure of the fuel used to refuel the aircraft to be refuelled.
