FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and means for diagnosing the state of elasticity of security barriers, in particular, those that are used as a physical obstacle to prevent unauthorized entry into the territory of a secured facility. Such method for monitoring the quality of the installation of the protective barrier when it is mounted on supports includes the installation of supports in the ground and attachment of the barrier walls to the supports, while checking the state of the elasticity of each support in turn by means of calibrated mechanical action on each support, followed by measuring the parameters of the vibrational response signal recorded by a seismic sensor, rigidly installed on the support, by analyzing these parameters of the vibration signal-response with a subsequent conclusion about the quality of the mounting of the support.

EFFECT: improved quality control method for mounting a protective barrier when installing it on supports to increase its security properties by monitoring the quality of mounting supports and to ensure the possibility of using a protective barrier as a signaling barrier with technical means of detection of vibrational principle of operation arranged on it.
