FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of building materials, products and structures, including for the manufacture of prefabricated wall panels or facing panels. Method of manufacturing double-layer concrete panels includes vibration molding of the lower and upper layers. First, dry mixture is stirred for 5 minutes. Then, water is added in an increased amount with the addition of a polycarboxylate-based plasticizer and mixed for 5 minutes, after which, upon mixing with water, the mixture is stratified during mixing into a large separable aggregate and fractions in the form of a suspension settling to the bottom. Then, vibration-dynamic action is effected for 60 s with a preload to form a lower dense layer due to the settlement of fine fractions: a binder and a fine aggregate, and a coarse fraction forming a large-pore surface layer. Molded product is then subjected to natural curing or curing by heat and moisture treatment with conventional formwork removal.

EFFECT: technical result is the improvement of the method for manufacturing double-layer concrete panels by developing a resource-saving technology through the reduction of the material and labor intensity of manufacturing process.
