FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: concrete mixture is prepared by mixing cement, mineral filling agents and mixing water magnetized in device of magnetotrone type with constant magnetic field having intensity 40-120 kA/m with flow rate of water of 0.2-1.5 m/s. Magnetic field is oriented with reference to magnetic field of the Earth in south-east direction. Water may be heated to 30-45 C. Concrete mixture includes cement, sand, crushed rock and water magnetized in magnetotrone where magnetic lines of force are oriented in south-east direction with proportion of components, per cent by mass: cement 15.5-25.0; sand 20.0-30.5; crushed rock 44.0-50.0 and magnetized water being the balance.
