Flow selector selects the workflow for execution on the file based on the destination of acquisition, from which the file acquisition component acquires the file, or the document information of the file. Work information generator generates work information including configuration information, document information, file and user identification information. Download support component receives, from a terminal, a flow selection screen, wherein the flow selection screen is updated to indicate the screen from which the user selects the workflow to be executed. Download support component refers to the configuration information store for generating display data of the said flow selection screen in response to receiving the flow selection screen request. Download support component sends a response including the flow selection screen data to the terminal.
