FIELD: pressure reduction devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a depressurisation system for pressurised vessels. Depressurisation system for a pressurised vessel, comprising a pressurised vessel and a main valve provided with a pneumatic actuator with an opening spring, which can be connected at one side to a pressurised vessel having a gas inside and at the other side to the atmosphere. Opening spring sets the mechanical pressure. When the pressure inside the pressurised vessel is greater than said predetermined mechanical pressure, the main valve is configured to remain closed, and when the pressure within the pressurised vessel is less than the predetermined mechanical pressure, the main valve is openable and remains open, allowing the compressed gas to be discharged from the vessel to the atmosphere.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to exclude an external power source for the operation of the depressurisation system, allowing it to operate in emergency situations even with a complete loss of electrical power.
