SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vehicle handles. Deployable handle for a vehicle comprises a movable handle, first and second extension members positioned within the movable handle and a drive mechanism. Drive mechanism selectively deploys the first and second extension members to an extended position when the handle is in a deploying position. First and second extension members cannot be deployed when the movable handle is distal from the deploying position.
EFFECT: more reliable holding of the vehicle grab handle.
