System further comprises a detector for detecting the position of the game element on the roulette wheel and a processor coupled to the data exchange with the detector and the display device for processing the position of the game element on the roulette wheel to determine the winning result.
EFFECT: processor is configured to output a winning result to the display device to display a winning result on the display screen.
