FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport of viscous media with discrete non-uniform inclusions, namely to the devices facilitating the movement of viscous and loose mixtures by means of electrical means and mechanical vibrations, and can be used in the food, oil production and processing industries, in transport. Viscous fluid flow modulator comprises the sprayer, which is made in the form of a nozzle located in the pipeline. One end of the nozzle is narrowed, forming a passageway that is connected to the outlet chamber, the inlet opening of which is made to be curved and expanding, mating with the end of the passageway. Inside the outlet chamber, coaxial with the passageway, there is a streamlined curved supporting body, which is fixed to the elastic rod, which is attached to the center of the elastic support, made in the form of a cross-piece inserted into the ring, at the outlet of the outlet chamber into the pipeline. Ring, into which the cross-piece is inserted, is the frame of the inductance coil, which is connected to the AC source. Distance from the reference body to the outlet opening of the passageway does not exceed the size of the support body. Support body is movable in the flow. Support is installed at the outlet of the outlet chamber into the pipeline. Support body, rod and support are made of a material, which is sensitive to the impact of the magnetic field and has elastic deformation.

EFFECT: expansion of the functionality of the modulator by using it directly in the oil flow and improved stability of its operation over a wide range of changes in the velocities of the viscous medium flow.
