SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the method for assembling the stator stage (10) of the gas turbine engine stator (12), comprising insertion of the locating pin (30, 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) into the through opening (26), where the locating pin (30, 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) comprises two end sections (32, 32d; 34, 34d) and the intermediate portion (36), which extends between the end sections (32, 34) and has at least one actuating device (38); at least one mentioned wall segment (18) of the guide vane sector (14) into the groove (24) of the central section (16) is inserted in such a way that the clearance (20) is aligned circumferentially with the through opening (26) of the central section (16); the locating pin (30, 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) is rotated in its circumferential direction (22) in such a way that the central section (16) is correctly positioned in the stator stage (10) by means of interaction of at least one mentioned wall segment (18) with at least one mentioned actuating device (38) of the locating pin (30, 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d); the deformable part (40) of the positioning pin (30, 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) is deformed in such a way that the deformed part (40) is now press-fitted into at least one segment (42) of the corresponding central section (16) construction (44) and thus the locating pin (30, 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) is locked, and hence the central section (16) is locked in a fixed position in the stator stage (10).

EFFECT: quick locking of the guide vane sector in the central section is achieved and the assembly is facilitated.
