EXCHANGE REACTION SYSTEM, PRODUCTION SYSTEM OF MODIFIED POLYESTER CONTAINING THE SAME METHOD OF MODIFIED POLYESTER PRODUCTION, AND PRODUCT AS MODIFIED POLYESTER FIBER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B01J19/00 B01J19/18 B01J19/24 C08G63/78 C08G69/44 D01F6/84

Abstract RU 2666863 C1

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for exchange reactions, modified polyester production system, modified polyester manufacturing method, and modified polyester fiber produced by this method. Exchange reaction system comprises vertical reactor (2) with a fully mixed flow located on the top wall of vertical reactor (7) with a piston flow. Modified polyester production system comprises an esterification system, pre-polycondensation system, final polycondensation system and modifier addition system, which is located between the systems of esterification and pre-polycondensation. Method for producing modified polyester comprises stages of preparing a slurry and modifier, adding the slurry to the modified polyester production system and adding the modifier to the modified polyester production system. Modified polyester fiber obtained by this method has a specific breaking load of 2.5 cN/dtex to 6.0 cN/dtex, a tensile strength of 20 % to 50 %, and a dye homogeneity of 4 to 5 grades.

EFFECT: simplicity of control over the conditions of exchange reactions is provided, the cost of production of modified polyester is reduced, the time of the production cycle is shortened, and the homogeneity of the polyester structure is increased.
