FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a filtration and jet forming module, especially for a high-pressure nozzle, especially for descaling from metal products. Filtering and forming module, especially for the high-pressure nozzle (10), especially for descaling from metal products, has a housing. Housing has an inlet filter (18), a connection end for connecting to the nozzle, a flow channel between the inlet filter (18) and the connection end, and a jet-forming element with flow-guiding surfaces (34) in the flow channel. Flow direction of the surface (34) of the jet forming element is at least partially located in the region of the inlet filter (18). In the high-pressure nozzle module, the nozzle connected to the connection end of the filtration and jet forming module is provided with an outlet (23).
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to obtain a higher energy of the atomized jet in collision with the surface and to reduce the flow resistance.
